Chia Cacao Pudding

Ok – this is my dessert for the evening and it is packed with lots of good stuff.


3 tps Chia Seeds

2 tbs Ground Flax Seeds

1 tbs Cacao Powder

2 tbs soaked walnuts

2 tbs Maple Syrup (optional)

1 cup Almond Milk – can use coconut milk for higher fat content

Makes one serving

PREPARATION OPTIONS – You can soak over night or you can put in a high powdered blender and blend till mixed – refrigerate and serve in 1 – 2 hrs.
