Day in the Life of a Time Restricted Faster

Sample Day of optimal Time Restricted Fasting.  This is optimal, but just time restricted fasting will have huge benefits.  Start with just the fast and add the other steps over time (6 weeks)

6 am wake up

6:15 Morning Silver Bullet Coffee (optional – for beginners great way ease into fasting – elimination will speed up results)

7:15 Morning Walk or Run (optional)

2:30 Resistance Training (optional- make sure you are in fasted state)

3:00 pm Break fast with Monster Green Shake or salad heavy in greens and beans

Dinner 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Mandatory) (omega 3’s)

Fast from 9:00 pm to 1:00 / 3:00 pm the next day (Mandatory)

If you follow the SIMPLE protocol of eating all your food in a feeding window of 6-8 hrs everyday your life will be changed inside and out.
